Submit announcements and news here. To be newsworthy, your announcement should be timely and relevant to the cueing community. Announcements need not be strictly related to Cued Speech if they have an impact on our community.
Unlike other areas of this site, news articles are not collaborative. Your submission is written only by you. It may be worth composing your article in a word processor and copying your final draft to DailyCues once you've got it just right. Once your news article or announcement is submitted, an administrator will read it and publish it or contact you with any questions or corrections.
Members submit upcoming events to our calendar. Examples include: conferences, meetings, Cues on Tap, silent dinners, classes, webinars, galas, and cue camps. If you add an event that you're not affiliated with, consider sending the link to its coordinators. If any changes happen to the date or time, it's important that information be updated so participants have accurate information.
Our external links page shows other websites that may be of interest to the cueing community. To submit a link, you'll need to add its url (i.e., web address, like www.dailycues.com), a brief description, and its category (e.g., Organizations Abroad, Hearing Loss/ Audiology). Like news articles DailyCues, external links are only posted after being approved by a DailyCues administrator. (Or did you want a bunch of ads for erectile dysfunction?)
Our online encyclopedia is the iQpedia. Members add and revise articles about anything cueing related. If you have an idea for an article that has not been created, add it. You may only be able to add a sentence or two about the topic. That's ok. Articles evolve over time and get developed by the community.
Savvy members may wish to add Help pages to assist others in using DailyCues more effectively. We're excited to have a well-developed help section that enables members to get the most from the site. You can help by writing tips to get people started.
