The Arabic Cued Speech system was adapted by Dr. Cornett with the help of Dr. Feisal Keblawi, in the early 1990s. in addition to producing the Arabic Cued Speech chart, Dr. Keblawi was able to create a booklet with lessons to teach the new system.
