The Basic Cued Speech Proficiency Rating (BCSPR) is a test devised by Dr. Walter Beaupré to assess basic expressive Cued Speech skills. Once a prerequisite for the CLT National Certification Examination, it is now been replaced by the Cued American English Competency Screening-Expressive
