cue1 (noun) 1. a handshape, placement, or movement used in Cued Speech to represent a contrastive segment, or phoneme. 2. A general name used in some communities, especially Minnesota, to refer to Cued Speech (e.g., "We use cue at home.")

cue2 (verb) the act of producing Cued Speech.
