A cued language transliterator (CLT) is a professional who provides equal access between deaf, hard-of-hearing and hearing people. The role and function of the CLT is guided by the CLT Code of Conduct. Skills and knowledge and evaluated and certified by the Testing, Evaluation, and Certification Unit (TECUnit).
