2 1 Tuesday, May 27, 2014, 6:56 p.m. Amy R I think Visual Phonics is part of a reading program. It actually is more about decoding skills than reading comprehension. The thinking being that simply being able to pronounce the word will be enough for the deaf child to understand it. Current
