TECUnit Gets New Board

By Tom Shull | Thursday, Feb. 27, 2020

The Testing, Evaluation, and Certification Unit (TECUnit), the national certifying body for cued language transliterators (CLTs), is pleased to announce the installation of a new Board of Directors. The new Board will continue to oversee testing and credentialing of cued language transliterators in keeping with the CLT Code of Conduct.

One goal of the new Board is increased engagement within the cueing community and beyond. We look forward to gathering feedback from transliterators by implementing additional platforms for communication, including online meetings, which we are calling Digital Town Halls.

We invite certified cued language transliterators, consumers, and other stakeholders to join us for our first ever Digital Town Hall: Meet the Board on March 5, 2020 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm (Eastern Standard Time) via Zoom. We look forward to supporting an expanding community with enhanced services, communication, and outreach.
