Recovering my Forgotten Username or Password

To recover your forgotten username or password, you can go to the reset page. There you'll enter the e-mail address you used when you registered and click submit.

You can also get to the reset page from the log-in page. Click "Forgot your password? Reset it!" That will take you to the field to enter you e-mail.

If resetting your e-mail doesn't work

• Make sure you entered the e-mail you used to register.
• Check your e-mail spam folder. The message may have been intercepted by your e-mail provider.
